R300 per user per month gives one user the whole library of more than 100 workflows, with a monthly allowance of 500,000 tokens. There is no per-tool charge and no separate tier: every tool, including the advanced ones, is in the one price. Billing is in South African rands through Paystack, and it includes VAT handling.

The per-seat price steps down with the number of seats.

• 1 to 99 users: no discount
• 100 users and above: 10% off
• 200 users and above: 15% off
• 300 users and above: 20% off
• 400 users and above: 25% off
• 500 users and above: 30% off

Corporate plans include one in-person training session per 100 users, and workflows can be adapted to your templates, terminology and governance rules.

Trial

Register and use the tools with no card. The account runs until it reaches a small free allowance of AI cost, then offers the monthly plan. Spend is capped per user and checked on our server before every message, so a surprise bill is not possible.

What it replaces

Buyers typically weigh it against three things: AI training courses, a general AI chat licence per person, and the junior end of consulting spend. The pricing tool on the home page lets you put your own numbers against each.
